Dan,
Not at all clear what sort of role this is.
I am based in London, a Java J2EE developer woth a lot of interest in
automated handling of jpeg, flickr, indexing, uploading, downloading and
inter-op compatability issues.
Is this what you are looking for, I suspect not?
