[PR] Issue #8432 : Give each Hop Web graph canvas its own SVG renderer remote (hop)

Hop Web used one session-wide `hop.CanvasSvgRenderer` remote and moved a single SVG overlay between canvases. Opening a dialog (or another graph) over an editor tab stole that overlay; closing the dialog destroyed it with the dialog DOM, and the background graph stayed blank until a tab switch rebound it.
This gives each registered canvas its own SVG, hover, and zoom remotes, pins the client overlay to that canvas id, and always publishes snapshots to that canvas's remote. Tab switches still refresh the visible graph; they no longer rebind a shared overlay.
Verified with `./mvnw -pl rap test` and a local Hop Web run (dialog over an editor tab no longer blanks the graph).
