#### How to reproduce the bug
1. Go to a Dashboard
2. Click on Edit
3. Open Charts tab
4. see chart list: charts are not sorted by recent change, it's really hard to find one if you have a lot of charts.
### Expected results
chart list should be sorted by most recent change, which is similar to the behavior in the landing page Charts section.
### Actual results
hard to tell what is the order

- superset version: `superset version`

Hi @nytai I have to re-open this issue:
the order of charts from API response is correct, but not rendered correctly in the dashboard side-panel:

Note: the `Modified` time in slice card also disappeared... this explains why order is still broken in the UI.
