[ANNOUNCE] New committers Lori Van Gulick and Lahiru Gunathilake

Hi all!

The Axis Project Management Committee (PMC, see [1]) is pleased to announce
that the following users are now both committers and PMC members.

Lori Van Gulick, a JAX-WS expert, has been contributing patches for a while
now - she received 11 +1s and no -1s.  Lori, pleae read the new committer's
guide at http://www.apache.org/dev/new-committers-guide.html.  You'll need to
send in a CLA (explained on that page) and have that recorded before we get
your account set up.  Please let me know privately when you've sent that so I
can track it.

Lahiru Gunathilake is a Web Services committer and is continuing his
participation in the new project - he received 19 +1s and no -1s.  Lahiru,
you're all set with your existing account and you should have commit access now.

private-subscribe@axis, and I'll moderate you through.
