Can't Export Release Build for AIR app, goes straight to 'incorrect password' without asking

Apache Flex is doing, or is Flash Builder broken ?

I installed using the standalone installer, WinXP 32bit. Any debugging I 
can do ?

Well, someone needs to do a fresh install of FB w/o Apache Flex and see if
they can publish.  I recently built an AIR package in FB 4.7 on my Mac and
didn't have any trouble.
