Windows 2000. MS Visual Studio 6

The current CVS of apache2 does not compile here on Windows 2000 with MS Visual Studio 6. APR builds fine and then during the compilation of apache2 itself i'm getting:
apache-2.0\src\ap\ap_buckets_file.c(104) : error C2198: 'apr_mmap_create' : Not enough parameters supplied
