[I] Add an ADOPTERS.md file [superset-kubernetes-operator]

younsl opened a new issue, #428:
URL: https://github.com/apache/superset-kubernetes-operator/issues/428

   **Problem / use case**

People who look at this operator today cannot tell who runs it in production. The API is still v1alpha1, so this is one of the first things a team asks before it moves off the Superset Helm chart. Maintainers also have no list of real users to ask for feedback before a breaking API change.

Other projects solve this with a short, self-reported list:

   - [Kyverno ADOPTERS.md](https://github.com/kyverno/kyverno/blob/main/ADOPTERS.md) lists organizations and how they use it.
   - Apache Superset itself keeps [INTHEWILD.yaml](https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/master/RESOURCES/INTHEWILD.yaml) and shows it on the [In the Wild](https://superset.apache.org/inTheWild) page, so the idea is already accepted in the Superset community.

   **Proposed behavior**

   - Add an ADOPTERS.md file at the repo root with a table: organization (linked), how they use the operator, and an optional note such as "moved from the Superset Helm chart".
   - Add a note at the top that entries are self-reported by members of each organization and are not an endorsement by the ASF or the project.
   - Organizations add themselves with a PR. Maintainers only check the format.
   - Link the file from the README and the docs index.

The cost is one Markdown file and a small PR now and then. If this is accepted, I will open the PR and add my employer as the first entry. We moved our Superset deployment from the Helm chart to this operator in production.

Thanks for proposing this @younsl! I think an `ADOPTERS.md` would be a useful addition, particularly as we're working toward a stable API.

   A couple of considerations:

   - Entries should be self-reported, with contributors confirming they're authorized to publicly identify their organization as an adopter.
   - We should make it clear that inclusion doesn't imply endorsement by the ASF or the project.
   - I'd keep the format lightweight, with organization, URL, and an optional description of how the operator is used.

Apache Superset already has `INTHEWILD.yaml`, but I think a simple Markdown file is perfectly adequate here.

Happy to see a PR for this!
