[VOTE]ReleaseApacheSeaTunnel3.0.0(RC2)
Hello SeaTunnel Community,
The RC1 vote was cancelled due to two release-blocking issues:
* [Fix][Core] Exclude node_modules from src distribution (#12389)
* [Fix][Build] Enforce consistent line endings (#12379)
RC2 includes the fixes for the above issues. For reference, the previous RC1 vote thread can be found here:

This is a call for vote to release Apache SeaTunnel 3.0.0 (RC2).

I conducted the following checks and passed them:
- The GPG signatures for both apache-seatunnel and
apache-seatunnel-edge-agent have been successfully verified.
- Started apache-seatunnel locally and successfully ran the v2.batch and
v2.streaming jobs in the config directory.
- Started apache-seatunnel-edge-agent locally and successfully collected
logs from /var/log/*.log.
- The mvnw script can be executed successfully with LF line endings.
- Successfully ran ./mvnw spotless:apply and completed the source build
successfully with the following Maven command.
*Minor concern:* The source distribution contains some code that does not
follow the project's Spotless formatting rules.
