FirefoxOS implements the same AT APIs used in Gecko.

Gecko also supports various desktop OS AT APIs from Windows & Linux more details can be found here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Accessibility/AT-APIs/Implementation_Details

The desktop related AT APIs may not be relevant to Cordova-FirefoxOS.
