[PATCH] added subpackages to src/Makefile.incl

Hello, I found the apidocs to be incomplete so I updated my version of
Makefile.incl to include missing packages such as readers and validators.*.

applying :
xml-xerces/java : patch -p0 < filename

people who took the time to write javadocs should be happy to see them in
the html ;-)
