Ceki Gülcü _The complete log4j manual_ Out of Print?!

I am trying to get my hands on a copy of Ceki Gülcü book, but the all the usual places (http://www.qos.ch/shop/products/clm_t.jsp, www.amazon.com <http://www.amazon.com/> ) list is as out of print?!

 

-Is this a temporary issue? 

-Is there any alternative comprehensive documentation someone could recommend?
