Done - Updated to current name of 'XSDDoc' and dropped the version.

I assume that there's a note somewhere in the docs giving the ASF 
credit as required by license.

I noticed that you are combining Velocity into the release jar.  I also 
see that with Cayanne's O/R tool.  I understand completely why that's 
done, but could you comment on what drove you to do that and if you've 
run into versionitis problems with colliding in people's classpath?
