Stack trace / blank page (Re: Install error: org.apache.cocoon.webapps.authentication.selection.Medi)

Currently accessing http://demo.wyona.org/lenya/default/live/index.html
results in the stack trace and accessing
http://demo.wyona.org/lenya/default/authoring/index.html shows a blank
page...
