Currently the script resolver executes scripts from any path in the repository. This can be limited by using a special script resolver user and configuring ACL's in the repository.
However that approach is sometimes difficult to manage and does not work at all with scripts outside the repository.
Therefore we should make script execution paths configurable

As a start the paths will be configured like the search paths in the resource resolver: path prefixes. The default will be no path configured which is equivalent to have a single prefix "/"
