[users@httpd] error message

When I try to start up Apache 1.3.27 it gives me this :

~$ /packages/apache_1.3.27/bin/apachectl start
chiliasp: module started, version 3.6.2.34
/packages/apache_1.3.27/bin/apachectl: line 184:  8554 File size limit exceeded$HTTPD
/packages/apache_1.3.27/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started

Can anyone help ? Thanks..

Check for an error on line 184 in your httpd.conf file.
