When services are deployed on Apache when a request is sent to an wrong EPR, instead of giving an error message the system crashes
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: AXIS2C-586
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2C-586
             Project: Axis2-C
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: samples
    Affects Versions: Current (Nightly)
         Environment: Windows XP, Apache2.2
            Reporter: Evanthika Amarasiri
             Fix For: 1.0.0

Below are the steps to reproduce the issue

1. Deployed axis2c on Apache2.2
2. Tried to execute notify.exe using the following command (since the services were running on port 80)
Here I'm sending the request to an EPR that exists but to the wrong service

********************************************************
notify.exe http://localhost:80/axis2/services/echo
********************************************************
3. The system crashes
