   Hi @bbejeck ! Do I understand it correctly that this PR fixes the following kind of errors:
   
   `stream-thread [kservice-1eea119ea532-StreamThread-1] standby-task [1_45] Failed to acquire lock while closing the state store for STANDBY task 1_45
   
   stream-thread [kservice-59a07bdfe53f-StreamThread-2] task [1_39] Failed to acquire lock while closing the state store for ACTIVE task 1_39`
   ?
