[Issue 125704] New: Default printer issues when rows are repeated.

https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125704

          Issue ID: 125704
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Default printer issues when rows are repeated.
           Product: Calc
           Version: 4.1.1
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: formatting
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: tsghelp@outlook.com

I think this is a bug, if not it should still be able to overwrite the
settings.

This is simple to recreate on any computer.

Here is what happens. Normally when you save a document you can carry it or
email it to another computer open the document and print to the dafult printer.

That function is broken when setting rows to repete. This may not happen on all
computers, I encountered the issue on a Windows computer with no printers
Installed. Possible that part does not matter but with no printer the xps
printer is my default.

Here is the results, once the rows are set to repeate using Format/Print
Ranges/Edit then setting rows to repeat locks the file to the xps printer.

This was discovered by taking the document to another computer and trying to
print. Pressing the print button opens the xps save box asking user to give the
document a name and save to xps. This of course confuses the user.

If the user was to use the File/Print menu to print they could choose a
printer.

Now there is a way to fix the file but it is not feasible when sharing the file
with others.

The way around this is to open the file on the computer it has been sent to.
>From there go back to the Format/Print Ranges/Edit then setting rows to repeat.
Clear the settings, reapply settings. The document will now print to the
default printer on the computer it resides.

At this time I have not tested doing this on a computer with a printer
installed and then taking to another computer with a different printer. I don't
assume the xps box will open but may try to print to a printer that does not
exist.

Not sure if this happens on operating systems other than Windows.

I was guided here to post this from the forum.
