Localization Problem
Hi,
With Tapestry 3.0.1 version <span key="." /> is not working but working with
Tapestry 3.0.
Is it the localization is changed in some way in 3.0.1 ?
Thanks,
Ashish

Yes, I plan to ditch the "stable"/"unstable" thing and just use one
update site going forward.
3.1.15 is as stable as anything on the other site.

Version 3.1.15 of Spindle uses the Tapestry 3.0.1 jar files.
You can get it at the following Eclipse update site:
http://spindle.sourceforge.net/unstable
I know it's not technically stable - but it seems pretty darn stable to me.
If you'd rather use the official stable release of Spindle with
Tapestry-3.0.1 you'll also need to edit the plugin.xml file contained in
ECLIPSE_HOME/plugins/com.iw.plugins.spindle.core_X.X.X
Change the runtime library references to use the desired Tapestry version.

Spindle installation with Tapestry 3.0.1
Posted by kranga <kr...@k2d2.org>.
I see that spindle uses tapestry-3.0.jar. Is tapestry 3.0.1 the current
release version? (the tapestry downloads page makes me think so). I tried
overwriting the tapestry-3.0 jar with a 3.0.1 jar but spindle didn't seem to
work. What's the suggested way/library version to use with spindle?
Thanks

This is an AppFuse issue, not so much a Tapestry issue. Ashish
upgraded the JAR in AppFuse to use 3.0.1 - whereas the AppFuse release
contains a 3.0 JAR with a Friendly URLs patch and a global properties
patch. The global properties patch is not in 3.0.1 - hence the reason
for his error.

You're literally using a "." as the key?
By "not working" you mean what exactly? What is being rendered?
