I discovered there many MojoHaus project use ASF license headers is theirs code.

Like in: 
https://github.com/mojohaus/mojo-parent/blob/master/pom.xml

there is:

  distributed with this work for additional information

Question is - does projects not belong to ASF should use such headers?

Should be changed to standard ASF license header?
