Hm, isn't the "Quick Search" option (right below the "Filter Children" option in th econtext menu) exactly what you describe? Select a container, right-click and choose "Quick Seach", enter the "Returning Attributes" or select them from the drop-down). In the same dialog you can also define the filter.

> When creating a search we get a nice grid with choosen attributes of all objects,
> It would be nice to get the same type of view as an optional view when selecting a container.
> Suggestion would be to have a general configuration on what attributes to display and when right cliking on the container have the option to display all objects as a search.
> Combined with "Filter Children" this would be a great and quick way to display content.
> Ageeably it would be the equivalent of doing a search for all objects in an container but if done nicely it would improve on the over all usability and performance in my work.
