EIP Message Filter Namespace Support??

Hi,

Does the EIP Message Filter Component support xpath predicate, using 
namespace
in xpath expression.

In past i've just made another patch to support this in xpath splitter.
Maybe we need to support namespace context concept in all components 
that are using xpath.

What do you think about this??
