Fix Doris OVER-clause window name propagation and tighten frame assertion

Copy windowName from windowSpecification in visitOverClause so a base
window reference isn't dropped when combined with inline partition/order/
frame, deduplicate the distinct/non-distinct branches in
createAggregationSegment, and make assertFrame verify frame absence
symmetrically like assertWindowName.
