ChangeLog + revert, broken ?

Hi guys,

it seems that if you do such an operation :

tag
<no modification>
tag
add/delete/modify entries (1)
revert (1)
revert (nothing)

then the revert operation is played twice, instead of only once. The
idea was to have something like :

tag
add/delete/modify entries (1)
tag
add/delete/modify entries (2)
revert (2)
revert (1)

but in my case, the (1) operation is a noop.

Anyone can confirm ?
