Wicket Stuff - YUI Change

Modified addMenuItem(String, Link) to addMenuItem(String, AbstractLink) in org.wicketstuff.yui.markup.html.menu2.YuiMenu so that an ExternalLink can be passed in.  Committed as r4586 - let me know if there are any problems with this.
