Install cluster with HDFS and ZK (2.0.6).
Go to "Add service wizard".
Select to add only Nagios.
On the "Customize Services" step I got 4 tabs - HDFS, ZooKeeper, Nagios and Misc.
Should HDFS and ZooKeeper tabs be available here?

We should show all tabs for all existing services and services being added.
This is because there are configs that span across services.
We want to highlight the tabs for the services being added, though.

We keep the default ordering but highlight the ones being added and have the first such tab open up by default upon landing on this page.
