{{ContainerLogsRetentionPolicy.java}} to be moved to {{org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.nodemanager.containermanager.logaggregation}} and to be renamed as {{AllContainerLogAggregationPolicy.java}} after YARN-221

Now this file still remains in the yarn-common and causing build to break.
