Error: deploying Web service to Axis runtime


I get this error when creating a web service using eclipse wtp tools

Can anyone enlighten me to what this means and how i fix it

I've had no response from eclipse forums

  axis-admin failed with  {http://xml.apache.org/axis/}HTTP 
(404)/xxx/services/AdminService
