Hi [~enis]

Thanks for pointing this out to us. It appears that the svnpubsub process stalled out on the www.apache.org/dist locations. I have gone in and manually triggered the update, and fixed the service so things should work smoothly now.

The release artifacts should begin showing up on the mirrors as they checking for their next sync.
