how to read spamassassin headres/logs

i am kind of new to spamassissin, i  have some doubts please correct
me if i am wrong

"result: Y 5" --- i have know idea what the "Y" stands for ?

have no idea what this stands for

"autolearn=no " it means that spam is not detected

could some one help me with the pratis dont know.

Also if i want to add pysor and raysor agents how do i do so.

Y = Yes, is spam. Versus N = No, is not spam. 

5 is the total score given to the message.

No, it means that the message was not automatically added to the bayes
database ("learned").
