uddi4j error

Hi All,
 
While calling this method get_authToken() wiht inquiry api as
http://localhost:8080/juddi/inquiry
 
and publish url
 
http://localhost:8080/juddi/publish
 
i got the following error .
 
Can any body help me in this regard
