Error: can't locate jserv_mod in mod_serv.so

Hi,

I'm trying to get Tomat 3.0 to run with Apache 1.3.9.  I followed
'Tomcat+Apache HOWTO' and am getting this error.  Any hint on how to
trouble shoot would be appreciated.
