Now when a presenter is typing or drawing by pen , no one can see it till it's finished. Some times this makes confusion as in a busy page suddenly something appear and even maybe some people don't realize it at all (specially for some small typing). 
It's very important that students in a class have a good connection to the teacher, so it's good they see what teacher is doing and not something magically appear on the page, as when page gets busy, they may even don't realize a new word somewhere on page.
