Bug Fix in Milton

Please apply the following fix to Milton (a controls test framework
tool)

1. cd $BEEHIVE_HOME
2. tar -zxvf milton_change.tgz (will untar a new Milton.jar and
FailTestError.java)
3. cd controls
4. patch -p0 < milton_change.diff
5. svn add
controls/test/tools/src/milton/org/apache/beehive/controls/test/tools/mi
lton/junit/FailTestError.java
