[jira] [Commented] (CLOUDSTACK-3226) UI - Scale vm errors are not shown on the UI

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-3226?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13694558#comment-13694558 ]

Nitin Mehta commented on CLOUDSTACK-3226:
-----------------------------------------

For example when in the Zone settings I turn off the enable.dynamic.scale.vm (false)
and then try to scale a vm, the async response gives me response below but UI fails to capture this.

<queryasyncjobresultresponse cloud-stack-version="4.2.0-SNAPSHOT"><accountid>d7bacb22-dd68-11e2-9ae6-a2f2d44f1060</accountid><userid>d7bb06dc-dd68-11e2-9ae6-a2f2d44f1060</userid><cmd>org.apache.cloudstack.api.command.user.vm.ScaleVMCmd</cmd><jobstatus>2</jobstatus><jobprocstatus>0</jobprocstatus><jobresultcode>530</jobresultcode><jobresulttype>object</jobresulttype><jobresult><errorcode>530</errorcode><errortext>Dynamically scaling virtual machines is disabled for this zone, please contact your admin</errortext></jobresult><created>2013-06-27T12:19:23+0530</created><jobid>bdcdf4c5-3756-4169-a13f-56465f6d7022</jobid></queryasyncjobresultresponse>
