Viewing dictionary files

Hi,

I am unable to view the dictionary associated with the attributes of the
table present in the test_case_data.

Dictionary is binary file, not readable in clear text.

If you have dev env, run org.apache.kylin.cube.cli.DumpDictionaryCLI to
pring the contents of dictionary.
