Please see summery; version 3.1 is not on your version list. My version is
3.1. The pesky double arrows (2 up, 2 down with a blue dot between them) causes
uncontrollable scrolling all the way up or down. How can I change this useless,
disturbing feature to let me scroll exactly where I need to go? If the 3.1
versions are handled on a different page, won't you pls. point me in the right
direction.

Hello
I was checking your bug but isn't a mistake, but I installed the same version
in my computer but it isn't problem with this. Maybe the version is not correct
for you computer. You need download the version more current and install in
your computer. Download the version AOO 3.4.1
I need more informaction.
If the problem persists, give me more information.
