[users@httpd] HTTPD SEG-FAULT OR HIGH CPU USAGE

Helo, I'm using
php-4.2.2-17.2
httpd-2.0.40-21.5

when I add a this line yo my php scripts
<?virtual("/cgi-bin/mycgi.cgi")?> httpd(only this process) dies with
segfault or httpd uses 100% of my cpu.
Anyone has this problem, anyone knows how to resolv this issue ??
