During HIVE-16908 [~sbeeram] identified the issue, that in tests it would be good to be able to have multiple Metastore instances in one test. The problem is that it is not possible to have 2 Metastore instance in the same JVM. We need to find a solution for that.

Assigning it to [~sbeeram], since she is already working on this
