   I tried to reproduce the error again and succeeded.
   However, I could solve the problem. I installed all my Netbeans platform (13,15,16), cleared the cache in the local and roaming directory, installed Netbeans 16 again and now everything works.
   The only explaination I have is that some stuff in the cache caused the effect.
