Exception@stdin

Hi

I´ve encounterd the following exception in stdin (./catalina.sh debug -> run) after i did a request on /cocoon on a newly compiled package.
But only once - so i wasn´t able to reproduce it.... (now its working)  But maybe there is somewhere a bug..

Exception occurred: java.lang.RuntimeException (uncaught) thread="Thread-20", org.apache.xalan.transformer.TransformerImpl.run(), line=3231, bci=124
