maven RPMs available

I've made Maven RPMs for centralized installation and usage. If you
want to simply install maven and use it, you might want to go to

http://maven.intermeta.de/rpm/

The spec file for building the RPMs is available at
http://maven.intermeta.de/rpm/maven.spec Whoever considers himself
responsible for contrib is welcome to bundle it with the maven source
code.

I've applied some patches to the maven source code, they will follow
shortly.
