For folks with rowkey design that includes timestamp, in combination with the TTL feature, empty regions will accumulate. This includes folks making use of Phoenix's [Row timestamps|https://phoenix.apache.org/rowtimestamp.html]. Provide some scripts for cleaning up these empty regions.
