Log:
Undo the damage to mirror sites. We need to drop /httpd/ since the
mirrors would never pick up our redirects properly... and instead
redirect /httpd/ to /httpd.html ... and other /httpd/ to /
Sorry for the confusion. Believes this cleans it up.
