Forcing some threads/executors on 1 VM and some on other

Hey ,

I am unable to find any function in API that let me allocate some executors
of  1 type on 1 VM and remaining of same type on other VM .


*Say I have 30 executors/threads of a bolt and i want to schedule 15 of the
 on 1 machine and remaining on other machine .*
