Please test REEF.NET on VS 2015

Hi,

after recent, unrelated, changes, REEF.NET now compiles for me in VS
2015. I filled a PR for this at

https://github.com/apache/incubator-reef/pull/488

Please test on your machines and comment on the PR with your success. We
should make sure this isn't a (positive) fluke before we merge it and
*require* VS 2015.
