[~dongjoon] We support docker on a couple of build nodes so this shouldn't be a problem see here on how to get started http://wiki.apache.org/general/Jenkins
As for the second point, are you unable to see the repo that you used to see?  Or unable to see any of the repos here http://github.com/apache/ ?
