Small problem with EchoService.java and TestClient.java

There is a small problem with using EchoService.java and TestClient.java for
interop testing. Both classes use the method echoHex, while in the
interoperability test spec the method is echoHexBinary. So, the only
endpoint the method passes against is the Axis endpoint. Can someone fix
this? Thought this was too small an issue to submit a patch for :)
