remove xom dependency

Hi All,

I am not sure which component yet, but through transitive dependency the distribution is pulling xom-1.0.jar which does not have ASF compatible license. This is a critical blocker. I am finishing up categorizing binary licenses and will look into this right after that. Meanwhile, I will appreciate if you can help tracking this jar and getting rid of it. I am guessing it is coming through some transitive dependency of axis2, but I may be wrong.

Please ignore this alert. xom has a LGPL license which worried me. I was able to add exclusion and ensured all test cases pass just fine. I will commit the pom's after some more testing tomorrow morning.

                    <exclusion>
                        <groupId>xom</groupId>
                        <artifactId>xom</artifactId>
                    </exclusion>
