height of a portlet

Hi,

I want to have a vertical scrollbar for only one portlet.
(IFrame is not the right way so I have decided to use a div-tag)

For a div-tag I need the actual height of the portlet.

Is there a possibility to get the actual height of a specific portlet?
(e.g. I have to differ normal and maximized)
